...we cannot answer every question...

Please understand that we cannot answer every question, and or provide details on how we go about achieving our goals, it's against our company's policies to do so. However, we do respond to every email, to every inquiry. Please visit our frequently asked questions page, to see if the questions are pondering are answered regarding our services and products.

...SATCOMM is too overwhelm...

We know that you have questions, but the volume of individuals asking questions outside the scope of the services and programs provided here at SATCOMM is too overwhelming for staff, and so we've instructed our staff to respond to every email; however, they are prohibited from responding to subject matters outside the scope of our services and programs, we hope you understand.

...a small organization like ours...

We know that many people are trying to find answers, and they don't know where the turn, so they assume a small organization like ours can spend the time to answer questions. We simply do not have the staff, nor the time, and having done so in the past it has put us behind our goals. So we are beginning to implement a policy of not responding to non-satcomm related questions, we just can't afford it.
