Credit Card Debt
Eligible revolving credit-card obligations.
New program offering · September 5, 2026
A documented communication process for an individual debtor's request for a statement of accounting, listing of collateral, and statement of financial transaction, supplied on behalf of the client and served via process server.
Introductory availability
Other individuals are part of the group, but during the introductory period the 14-Day Program is available to the following:
Eligible revolving credit-card obligations.
Eligible student-loan obligations.
Eligible home-loan obligations.
Eligible automobile-loan obligations.
The process
The client supplies the obligation, account, collateral, and transaction information needed for staff review.
The client signs the separate 14-Day Program accession. The original irrevocable CLOCEST trust is not amended.
SATCOMM supplies the communication on behalf of the client and arranges delivery via process server.
Separate group trust arrangement
The trust is irrevocable and cannot be amended to change any of its provisions. However, there is no restriction on adding a provision for another group, which creates a new, irrevocable trust for that group. The parties agree that the 14-Day Program group, with the amended arbitration clause, creates a separate trust from the original CLOCEST trust group. Any original member who fits within the specified group may accept the arbitration amendment.
The 14-Day Program is available to anyone with credit card debt, a student loan, a home loan, and/or a car loan. Although other individuals are part of the group, during the introductory period, this program is available only to the aforementioned individuals.
