Value-O-City is the evidence, assessment, valuation, and reporting environment incorporated into the new Academy website. It performs intake of documented property interests and evidence, runs sixteen assessment agents across thirty nine valuation criteria and thirty six life indicators, reaches evidence-gated consensus, calculates the company value with an actuarial life horizon, and produces audit-ready reports and blockchain-ready attestation. The platform runs as a native Windows executable built on .NET 8 WinForms.
